Dynaudio has updated its original BM5a monitor, which, as the MkII model, is "louder, more controlled, and better" than its predecessor. The BM5A MKII nearfield monitors feature new handmade aluminum woofer drivers and a new soft-dome tweeter with added waveguide for a "more accurate sweet spot" for users.

Other features include two-channel 90W (50W RMS) amplification, 117 dB SPL peak power output, a frequency response of 48 Hz to 21 kHz, and high-, mid-, and low-frequency analog room filters.
